How Does our Panic button work ?
When you sign up with us we provide you with several options on how you can use your panic button, Depending on your choice we put you in touch with our service providers in your area.
We provide the Technical solution and our service providers the physical solution for your specific needs, once all the logistics are done you are ready to start using your panic button.
When you press your panic we simply send your current location to the Service provider that you signed up with, if the company of your choice is not a Service provider of us they will have to sign up with us but keep in mind in certain area's we have agreements in place with sole Service Providers meaning that if you are in this area we will not be able sign up your service provider of choice and our service provider will have to be used.
What do I need to Know about my G-Track Panic Button
Our Panic Button is a standalone panic button with built-in GPS and SIM for the ultimate peace of mind we do not use mobile apps for this purpose as it is nearly imposible to unlock your phone and press your panic button when you are in need of assistance
The G-Track Panic Tracker comes in the form of a physical button you can keep in your pocket, wear around your neck, When you press your panic button our linked service provider will call you on your panic button to establish your need and to make sure that the button was not pressed by mistake.
When should I have access to my panic button ?
The Answer is you should always keep your panic button in reach otherwise you will not be able to use it in a emergency,
You should not let your panic button lie around in your car, house or any place where you cannot reach it, you should also ensure that if you do carry your panic button in a handbag or the like that the panic button is not pressed by mistake. You can put your tracker panic on your keys or on your belt

How much does the tracker panic cost

The Tracker Panic has a once off hardware cost which is paid when the device is ordered.

Monthly subscription is paid via mandatory debit order or 12 months in advance

Our Monthly Subscription is R 85.00 which provides access to our server, we also maintain the device sim card from this fee.

The panic can only be used by the registered person not extended family.

Our Service Providers have their own monthly subscription which is paid directly to them by the client.

Q How will I know if my device is turned on or not ?
A The panic button can also be used if pressed for 1 second to provide the status of the unit
Q Can I turn the device off by mistake?
A No you cannot the tracker needs a certain button combination pressed in order to turn off.
Q How long will my tracker's battery last?
A Under normal circumstances your battery will last up to 7 days depending on a few factors but the system will automaticlly send you an email once the device battery reaches 40% which will then allow you enough time to make sure you recharge the device before the battery reaches 0%
